This is how it works
Select your room
Pick your room. In the room overview you will find informations about availability, renovation status and inventory of all the rooms.
Personal Data
Insert your personal data and upload a picture or scan of your personal ID. We need these informations to make your rental contract.
Payment
You can pay via PayPal or with your credit card. The first payment needs to be paid in advance and includes the first rent and the deposit (900 €).

At the end of the payment process, you will receive an e-mail with further information and your individual rental contract.

The minimum rental period is 12 months.
A deposit of 900 € is due upon conclusion of the contract.
